I know, this isn't in Cambridge. Our stories are supposed to have a Cambridge connection. So why am I writing about a sculpture in Boston by an artist from Brookline that was made in Seattle? Well, I'm in Cambridge and this thing connected with me. I think it's one of the best things to happen in the area this year. It is my latest photographic obsession and I went to the dedication ceremony on Monday May 12, 2015.

Today from noon to 6PM, residents and visitors to Cambridge enjoyed studio visits and performances by over 100 artists all across the city at Cambridge Arts Open Studios 2015.

Sidewalk Poetry Contest Winners Announced!

Cambridge, MA -- The City of Cambridge is pleased to announce the winners of the inaugural Sidewalk Poetry Contest. Poems written by Cambridge residents Rose Breslin Blake, Benjamin Grimm, Ty Muto, Carolyn Russell Stonewell, and Elissa Warner will be stamped into freshly poured concrete throughout the City during the course of routine sidewalk repairs this year.
